Hi, I'm Catherine. I'm 15. I made this thinspo to help motivate me, and whoever else to lose weight. I'm doing it the healthy way. I used to be bulimiac but that is behind me now, and it won't come back. More gym, less junk food. More exercise, less fat. For my diet, I don't let myself go above 800 calories, and if I do I burn it off with cardio.
